Client was charged with DWI/DUI after police stopped his vehicle and accused him of driving after smoking marijuana. Mr. Peterson aggressively investigated the qualifications of the officers and learned that they did not have any training needed to determine if someone was under the influence of drugs while driving. Mr. Peterson negotiated a plea agreement to a careless driving charge for some of the client’s bad driving behavior.
